Involves working with developers and builders directly to create a beautiful and unique space that leaves potential buyers with a lasting impression. The process starts with preliminary consulting, defining the marketing demographic and blueprint evaluation. Selections in the interior space are chosen; flooring, wall treatments, molding details, lighting, cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. Next, paint, space planning, furniture selection, drapery, sewing, accessories, art, and rugs. Installation of furniture and accessories are a crucial part of involvement as a designer in finalizing the clubhouse and/or model home design.

 

 

Residential & Commercial Design:

Function & aesthetics are key in working in Residential & Commercial Design. A positive design relationship is extremely important in order to create the look that expresses the personal style of your home or business while maintaining function throughout the space.
